Data Processing
This overview explains the main categories of information Fluxent processes and the principles used to handle that information.
1. Data categories
Depending on the features used, Fluxent may process the following categories of information:
- Account and authentication information, such as identity and login details.
- Subscription and billing-related status needed to control product access.
- Contact and support information submitted through the contact form.
- Portfolio, preference, goal, and risk-related inputs provided to supported services.
- Service usage, device, request, security, and technical diagnostic information.
2. Processing purposes
Information is processed to provide and secure accounts, operate requested services, apply product and subscription controls, respond to inquiries, maintain reliability, detect abuse, investigate failures, and improve the platform.
3. Portfolio and service inputs
Information entered into portfolio and intelligence services is processed to produce the requested analysis or workflow. Browser state is not treated as durable business authority where the platform uses server-side persistence.
4. Contact information
Contact-form submissions include the selected inquiry category, sender name, email address, subject, and message. This information is used to deliver, review, route, and respond to the inquiry. The contact form does not accept attachments.
5. Billing-related information
Fluxent processes the subscription and entitlement information required to determine service access and account status. Payment handling may involve configured billing infrastructure; this overview does not claim that Fluxent stores complete payment-card details.
6. Optional web analytics
If you allow analytics through Privacy choices, Fluxent uses Google Analytics to understand visits and navigation, and Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and masked session recordings on eligible anonymous public pages. Neither integration is loaded before your permission. You can decline or withdraw this choice without losing access to Fluxent.
Clarity recordings exclude authentication, account, subscription, payment, portfolio, service and Admin pages. Public pages with query strings, unknown fragments or unsafe referrers are also excluded. Recorded page content is masked. Fluxent does not send account identifiers, email addresses, names, authentication secrets, portfolios or financial inputs through analytics identifiers, tags or custom events. Advertising storage is denied.
Privacy choices are retained in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops collection, removes accessible Google Analytics and Clarity cookies and reloads the page to end the recording document. Earlier Google-only consent does not authorize Clarity recordings; a new choice is requested. Microsoft processes permitted behavioral data under its Privacy Statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement; Clarity cookie details are available at https://learn.microsoft.com/clarity/setup-and-installation/clarity-cookies.
7. Storage and retention principles
Information should be retained only for operational, security, contractual, or other legitimate product needs and removed or de-identified when it is no longer required. Specific periods are not stated here because they must follow verified operational and legal requirements.
8. Security principles
Fluxent uses access controls, ownership boundaries, server-side validation, privacy-safe logging, and other safeguards appropriate to the relevant service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Service providers and processors
Fluxent may rely on configured infrastructure and delivery providers to operate the platform. This initial overview intentionally does not name providers or make processor commitments that are not maintained as verified public disclosures.
10. User requests
Users may submit a data-related inquiry through the Fluxent contact form. Requests may require identity or account verification before information can be disclosed, corrected, or acted upon.
